Terms of Service

Are We On? (Android app, package com.cyriacapps.areweon, and its invitation web pages) · Developed by Cyriac Apps · Effective: July 17, 2026

1. The service

Are We On? helps you create reusable friend groups, propose times, collect Yes/Maybe/No availability, and confirm plans. By using the app or responding to an invitation link, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• Organizing requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Responding to an invitation via the web does not create an account.

3. Your content and other people's information

• You keep ownership of what you create (group names, plan details, notes).
• You grant us the limited right to store and display that content to the people you invite — that's what the service does.
• When you add someone's name and number from your contacts, you confirm you're comfortable sharing it with us to organize your plans. Their details stay visible only to you and are never exposed to other participants or the public.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• use it to spam, harass, or send invitations to people who don't want them;
• attempt to access other people's data, guess invitation links, or probe our security;
• use the service for unlawful activity;
• interfere with or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Invitations

Invitation links are personal: each link is scoped to one person and one plan, can expire, and can be revoked by the organizer. Anyone holding a link can respond on behalf of the person it was issued to, so share links only with the person they're meant for.

6. Price

The service is currently free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.

7. Termination & deletion

You can stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time. We may discontinue the service or features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for plans that don't work out, missed notifications, or the accuracy of information entered by users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyriac Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
